Hey! It's Ebony

I’m so excited you’ve finally found me! Are you ready to change your life and begin living in your healthiest, strongest, most energetic body possible? If so, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be! I’ve had a passion for fitness my whole life, however I’ve struggled with seasons of self doubt and not feeling good enough, during these times I would turn to food for comfort. During the past 4 years I’ve put systems in place to maintain a powerful, bullet proof self belief that in turn has me 100% committed to nourishing my body, mind & spirit and has spilled into me living my most fulfilled happiest life possible! Your body is an amazing machine & I want you to be thriving for many years to come just like me! Formé / For Mé was created for you to finally put yourself first, intuitive movement, nourishing for life and optimal health whilst building an unwavering mindset in all that you are capable and worthy of! So why should you let me help you? Life experience: Fitness has always been at the forefront of my world, I started training in the gym at 14, I played D1 Netball right through school, I competed as a bodybuilder to National Level starting at 18 yrs old. I also became a member of the Australian Bobsled team but unfortunately was injured weeks before the 2010 Olympics. Throughout all of this I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for almost 20yrs helping countless clients transform their bodies in a gym setting. In my mid 30’s after a back injury I became a 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor which then led me into the world of Pilates, since then I’ve not turned back, I’m a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor with over 4000 classes taught! I understand the importance of listening to your body and moving in a way that is right for you, I am a stickler for form and aim to have you moving with the mechanics your body allows and am here to guide you to be your best self yet - & maintain that self for all the amazing years ahead!
